We relish the challenge to never be past our primes. We want every season to be the prime of life. No matter what our age, we look to make it the most active, thriving, satisfying, and fulfilling adventure. Diet and exercise are only two components to this. Our character must also be exercised, strengthened and fed. At the same time, we want to embrace the art of living well amongst all our messes and imperfections. We actively seek fitness in our relationships with God, our spouses, and our children.
