We ascribe to a primal/ paleolithic diet. The original selection of food we were made to enjoy: grain-free, chemical-free, processed sugar-free, processed anything-free. Our passion is imagining, creating and enjoying recipes from categories that we consider the major food groups in the following order: meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, and natural healthy fats.
With the scientific understanding of what foods outside of these parameters do to our bodies, we constantly strive towards 100%. However, we believe that life can be messy and busy, and Pareto had it right with his 80/20 principle.
